UCCS Healthy Campus Initiative
Healthy Campus Initiative
A healthy campus enables an environment where students, faculty, and staff can thrive and where the university can adapt, grow, and fulfill its mission well into the future. A healthy campus anticipates challenges and opportunities, plans intentionally for desired outcomes, and reinvests in student, faculty, and staff success. A healthy campus responsibly stewards its resources to remain agile, stable, and competitive, with revenues aligned to expenditures and the capacity to invest in people, programs, and infrastructure.
Feedback Survey
A new feedback survey has been created to allow members of our campus to share ideas and suggestions for this initiative, such as how we can consolidate resources, eliminate redundancies, and improve overall efficiency while also thinking of ways to increase and diversify revenue streams. The survey will be open through January 28, 2026.

UCCS Budget Process Survey – Faculty, Staff, and Student Perspectives
The Budget Process Survey was conducted to gather perspectives from faculty, staff, and students on what has worked well in past budgeting processes, what should be avoided, how trust can be strengthened, which values should guide decisions, and any additional concerns or insights. The goal was to inform a more transparent, effective, and values-aligned budgeting process at UCCS. The report was shared on December 16, 2025.
