Dear members of the UCCS community,

Each spring, we celebrate a tradition of recognizing Campus Awards recipients. Though we were unable to celebrate our award winners in person this April, their achievements have not been forgotten. It is my pleasure to recognize the winners of the 2020 Campus Awards. Please take the opportunity to watch the 2020 Campus Awards video and congratulate each of these phenomenal individuals.

Of course, we are all living, learning and working through a pandemic. Our faculty, staff and students are balancing more commitments than ever. I am full of admiration for those individuals who are caring for children and family members on top of completing their everyday work. I am grateful for those who have worked hard to stay connected with teammates and campus community members. My special thanks to all those who make an effort to check on our students’ health and wellbeing. And of course, thank you to all those who have stepped up as leaders during these COVID-19 times.
