Martin Wood

Martin Wood worked in higher education for 43 years. After retiring, Martin returns to UCCS as the Senior Advisor to the Chancellor. Previously, in his role as Vice Chancellor, he oversaw development, annual fund, university communications, marketing, media relations, media services, community relations, and alumni relations. He founded and manages the Regional Connect university/community partnership program. He is a member of the Chancellor's leadership team and an officer of the university. 

Wood received his bachelor's and master's degree from Emporia State University in Kansas.
